My goal is to give you the education and information needed to really dig deep into what a positive birth experience means to you. What makes your birth a positive experience is that you feel prepared, that you feel educated about your birth rights and that you feel informed about all of your options.

I have been supporting families since 2015 and have been a birth doula for number of years. I have supported lots of types of births, including VBACs. As your Doula, I advocate for you and boost your confidence about making decisions that are right for you and your baby.

I’m Julia, a birth and postnatal doula and hypnobirthing teacher based in Leeds, Yorkshire.
As a Mum of two with very different birth experiences – including an unplanned caesarean and a positive VBAC – I understand how important the right support and preparation can be.

I support families through pregnancy, birth, and the postnatal period, helping them feel informed, confident, and able to make decisions that are right for them. My approach combines evidence-based information with emotional and practical support, so they feel empowered every step of the way.

I’m Kirsten! I’m an Independent Midwife and mum of two young boys. I approach my midwifery care from a nuanced position of evidence based, scientific research to underpin my practise whilst respecting pregnancy and birth as intuitive, powerful and instinctive.

I don’t believe midwifery or parenting are black-and-white, and I will support you to figure out what it is you want out of your care and which decisions feel right to you. I can support you with anything from a virtual one-off consultation to full spectrum birth care. Book a free discovery call on my website or email me – looking forward to hearing from you!

Lisa Harris

Birth & Postnatal Doula

📍 South West London

Hello! I’m Lisa, a doula based in South West London, supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and the early weeks with their baby.
I’m especially passionate about coming alongside women who want to take ownership of their birth experience, and I’ve experienced first-hand the lasting impact this can have on the postpartum period and beyond.

I love supporting families planning a VBAC – helping you navigate your options with clear, evidence-based information and personalised, continuous support.

With a background as an Occupational Therapist in the NHS, I bring a strong understanding of the maternity system and support you in finding the nuance as you make the decisions that are right for you.

I’m Shannon, a birth doula with a special interest in supporting neurodivergent families and VBACs! I’m a mum of four and I had a VBAC myself!

I know how difficult the maternity system can be to navigate, especially as someone who is ND or wanting a VBAC. I believe that with my lived experience, I can support you in a unique way because I completely understand the challenges.

I tailor all of my support to each family, down to the package and price, so you don’t have to feel like you fit inside a box to access birth support.
Just reach out to me via whichever means feels right to you and I’ll be in touch!
