My goal is to give you the education and information needed to really dig deep into what a positive birth experience means to you. What makes your birth a positive experience is that you feel prepared, that you feel educated about your birth rights and that you feel informed about all of your options.
I have been supporting families since 2015 and have been a birth doula for number of years. I have supported lots of types of births, including VBACs. As your Doula, I advocate for you and boost your confidence about making decisions that are right for you and your baby.

I’m Shannon, a VBAC & neurodivergent doula supporting families across Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire and Northamptonshire.

📍 West Surrey/East Berkshire/North Hampshire borders
Hi, I’m Natalie – The Dragonfly Doula – a birth and postnatal doula, hypnobirthing instructor and former teacher, supporting families both in-person and virtually since 2020.
I’m really passionate about helping parents feel informed, confident and supported to achieve their version of their best birth, whatever that looks like for them. I believe every family deserves clear, unbiased information about all of their options so they can make the decisions that feel right for them and their baby.
With my background in education, I’m particularly skilled at explaining things clearly and helping parents fully understand their choices, while also signposting them to trusted resources and evidence-based support. I’m particularly passionate about supporting families to stack the odds in favour of the birth experience they hope for; which is all the more crucial at a time when intervention and caesarean rates continue to rise.
I also have a strong interest in maternal mental health and believe that good preparation and compassionate support during pregnancy and birth can have a lasting positive impact on your postpartum wellbeing too.
